Description

The Fiberlink 6000A Rack Mountable 19″ card cage offers 20 positions (slots) for any combination of Fiberlink transmitter, receiver and transceiver card modules as well as power supply and alarm sensing modules.
The optional alarm module indicates fault condition via an audible piezo sounder, blinking red LED and activation of isolated contacts for use with remote monitoring.  Optical signal input and output connectors on each card module are at the rear of the card cage.
May be powered with optional 3-position plug-in power supply or with an external, customer-provided power source.  Two power supplies may be used to provide redundant power.
Single and multiple position blank filler panels are available to conceal positions not in use.
The systems is ROHS Compliant.
The Model 6020 Alarm Sensing Module is a single position plug-in card for use with the model 6000 card-cage. When installed, the Alarm Sensing Module senses a fault condition from any Fiberlink alarm-equipped transmission card/module plugged into the card-cage. When a fault occurs, a visual, audible and remote indication from the unit informs the user of the fault condition.  All operating power for the Alarm Sensing Module is provided by the Model 6000A card cage.

 

The 6010A is an 85 watt power supply module for the 6000A Series of Fiberlink Rack Mount Card Cages.

  • Cage may be powered with optional 3-position plug-in power supply or with an external, customer provided power source.
  • Two power supplies may be used to provide redundant power.
